Delivery & Returns Policy
Should you need to amend or cancel you order, this may be done within 12 hours of the order placement. Please email our Customer Service Team on CS@OptykRozmus.com.
Returns & Refunds
We offer you a full refund or free exchange for unopened items, returned within 15 working days of delivery in their original packaging. Please use the return address label provided with our delivery note and assist us with marking the reason for your return and any comment you wish to make on the returned item. We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. Refund on purchased item will only be paid once we receive and have accepted the condition of the product returned. Postage will not be refunded. Sale or discounted items must be returned within 7 days of order, with proof of purchase. Optyk Rozmus will refund the cost of the purchase net of any promotional voucher, but is unable to refund the delivery charge for dispatching the goods or returning them to us.
Please be advised that (rare as they are) faulty contact lenses or solutions must be returned to us in order to receive a refund or a replacement. Our regular quality control involves returning all faulty lenses and solutions to the manufacturer for investigation as there is a possibility of serious medical consequences. All such instances are treated very seriously by us and we require your cooperation if you are to receive a refund or replacement.
Optyk Rozmus takes care in ensuring that all Contact Lenses and Eye wear and accessories are produced by our suppliers to the highest quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that the product has a manufacturing defect, this may be returned for a refund provided it is returned within a reasonable period from purchase. In normal circumstances this would be expected to be within 45 days of product despatch. Optyk Rozmus undertakes no warranty to refund items outside of a reasonable time period or where a product is returned without a clear manufacturing defect. Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned to you. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase value of the product. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure our quoted price details are correct, the price of goods is subject to acceptance upon despatch of the order to the customer. Should there be any such variance in price due to typographical error you will be contacted by the Optyk Rozmus Customer Service Team. All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
We will dispatch your order on the next working day, following receipt of payment. We will use the delivery methods you chose during checkout, if it is convenient, supply your office address if no one is at home to sign for your delivery. You should receive your parcel in 3 to 5 working days in Poland and UK and 7 working days for International. The delivery charge is calculated during checkout. If you live outside the EU we will provide you with a quote on extra delivery charges as necessary. You may have to pay some import duty if your delivery address is outside the EU. Optyk Rozmus cannot offer any warranty on postal delivery. Any lost parcels must be notified with supporting order information, such that Optyk Rozmus may trace such a claim through their appointed carrier. Optyk Rozmus shall not be held liable for any consequential loss and any claim will be limited to a refund on the product sales price. All orders are sent “signed for” post, so we recommend that that you use a daytime address.
