As the date of the release of the first part of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn is getting closer, there is more and more information concerning the production of the expected box office hit. Most recently, the star of the franchise, Robert Pattinson (who plays the vampire Edward Cullen), has revealed that he found it “kind of satisfying” when his co-star finally had to start wearing vampire coloured contact lenses on the set of the film.
The 25-year-old actor complained about the pain that was caused by the special contact lenses he wore in all Twilight films, but did not receive much compassion from Kristen Stewart. According to Pattinson, her attitude changed completely when she had to put on the vampire contact lenses herself and experienced similar discomfort.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn (divided into two parts set to be released a year apart) is expected to break many box office records around the world.
